Welcome! I’m, Yemmy! Over the years, I’ve traveled as an artist and digital nomad. Maybe some sticklers for grammar will wonder if I meant to name this blog “Finding you’re Free”. But no, it is indeed about finding your “Free”: find out what being “Free” means and is to you. I hope you will find enjoyment, helpful travel insights, some lovely morsels of cultural/historical knowledge, and overall inspiration from my perspective as a solo, Black woman traveler. I hope you will also find some expansion of your perception of “traveling” itself, beyond tidy “Perfect Itineraries” or “Top 10 Must-Sees” in favor of a slower more intuitive pace; a trip more interested in discovery and adventure over “perfection”.
